The 500W platform is for buyers whose daily work is measured in square meters, not square feet — production rust removal, coating stripping, and fabrication-line cleaning at a significantly higher effective removal rate than the 300W on heavy contamination.
It rides the same rolling-suitcase chassis as our 300W: air-cooled, ~35.5 kg, standard power input, 1.1 kg handheld head — with the same live dial control of output power, pulse frequency, and scan pattern, so you tune the beam to the surface mid-job without stopping work. Final pulse-energy figures are being finalized for publication — and its power draw can exceed the 300W's, so tell us about your shop circuit when ordering and we'll confirm fit before the build starts.
Like every RayVault machine, it's built to order, RayVault-branded from the day it's built, run through a four-hour full-power test, and backed by operators who run this platform commercially every week.
